Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability of your preferred services and technicians.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your services may be shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show in order to respect the next guest's appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being accepted on a walk-in basis only, depending on availability.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gel polish or enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a repair appointment.

We do not offer cash refunds on any services. If you are not satisfied, please let our management know before you leave the salon so we can make it right.

For your protection, please inform our technicians of any allergies, medical conditions (e.g., diabetes), or physical sensitivities before your service begins.

We love kids! However, for safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not permitted to run or play in the salon area.

Complimentary drinks are limited to 1 per guest (21+ only, ID required). Please enjoy responsibly.

Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or whose health conditions may pose a risk to others.

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for services only.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
